Now that we’ve introduced you to mahjong, it’s time to learn some dos & don'ts to make you more competitive.

Tip #1 - HOLD ON TO YOUR PAIR(S)

Keep a pair in your hand, rather than trying to create a set of three right away.

Remember, a pure Pung is more difficult to get than a pure Chow or mixed Pung. Pair(s) will also give you an opportunity to play an exposed hand and you can claim a Pung from discards.
